Craig Towle
Craig has worked in Financial Services since 2002, beginning his career with a high street bank. During his career he has worked across Personal Banking, High Net Worth and Business Banking, giving him extensive experience of helping clients with a wide range of financial circumstances.
Now an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, Craig provides mortgage advice to clients throughout East Yorkshire, including Hull, Beverley and the surrounding areas.
Craig can help with First Time Buyer mortgages, home moves, remortgages and Buy to Let mortgages, as well as more complex mortgage cases where a straightforward high street solution may not be available. His many years in financial services and business banking mean he is comfortable working with clients who have unusual circumstances, complex income or more specialist borrowing requirements.
Craig is also experienced in Commercial Mortgages and Bridging Finance, helping clients who require finance for commercial property, property investment or situations where traditional mortgage lending may not be suitable.
Providing a high level of personal service has always been important to Craig. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, explain the available options clearly and help make the mortgage process as straightforward as possible from initial enquiry through to completion.
Craig is equally passionate about mortgage protection. Alongside arranging the mortgage itself, he can discuss Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection, helping clients consider how their mortgage, home and family could be protected if the unexpected happens.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys coaching his son’s football team, he is also a keen Padel player. Other hobbies are exercising, watching TV and spending time with his family. He is also a passionate Liverpool FC supporter — but don’t hold that against him!
