Liam Kevern
Based in our Dereham office, Liam Kevern began his career in financial services in 2022 after spending two years in the property industry with Minors & Brady Estate Agents. His experience within the housing market gave him a strong understanding of the home buying process before qualifying as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2023.
Since qualifying, Liam has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of mortgage and finance solutions, helping clients with everything from first time buyer mortgages and home mover mortgages to more complex cases involving Shared Ownership, New Build properties and adverse credit. He has a particular interest in specialist property finance and has built expertise in HMO Mortgages, Air BnB Mortgages, Commercial Mortgages and Bridging Finance.
Liam has also completed additional qualifications in Commercial Mortgage Advice, allowing him to assist business owners, property investors and landlords with a variety of commercial and semi-commercial finance requirements. Whether clients are purchasing commercial premises, expanding a property portfolio, financing an auction purchase or looking for short term bridging finance, Liam is able to source suitable solutions from a wide range of lenders.
As a local Mortgage Adviser, Liam regularly helps clients looking for mortgages in Dereham, Watton, Shipdham, Necton, Bradenham and throughout Norfolk. His background in estate agency combined with his mortgage expertise allows him to guide clients through the entire process, providing clear advice and regular updates from initial enquiry through to completion.
Liam prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and enjoys finding solutions where circumstances may be more complex. He understands that no two clients are the same and takes the time to ensure every recommendation is tailored to their individual needs and future plans.
Outside of work, Liam is a keen golfer with a single figure handicap and enjoys competing at local courses across Norfolk. He also plays cricket for Bradenham Cricket Club and enjoys being actively involved in local sport and the community.
